Default Oooooow. Need girl advice!
Anyone have any at home remedies for cramps?
I have PCOS so cycle time is really bloody painful and I'm like ten days late and I think it's making it worse.

I feel like I'm gonna be sick it hurts so much.
Anyone else get really bad cramps?

So far I've tried a heating pad, a hot bath, and ice pack, five 200mg ibprofins (So meds are out for about six hours.)...I don't know what else to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Umm, what if you went on a pill? Could you be pregnant at all?

Also - are you sure you have PCOS? I was "diagnosed" with it since I was 14 or 15, and I am slowly finding out I may not have it - I just have some of the things that go with it.

But doctors put us all in the PCOS category because treatment/symptoms are the same.

I don't actually have cysts, but I have the hormonal issues, the insulin issues, etc. But tearing away from the PCOS mind set I also found out I have thyroid issues, and I may still be able to have kids? Not that I want them...but you know what I mean?

Smoke a blunt! I know you smoke or did. That works great!

Orgasms help, and so does exercise, so if you can stomach walking around the block a bit. I'm a big fan of chocolate and cola. Find an awesome movie, curl up with a stuffed teddy, grabbed a box of chocolates and a 6 pack of cola, and go to town.

No thankfully my boy is snipped (I love it!) and I know there's still chances but my cycle started today... so I'm assuming I'm not. Most months are like this for me... I just...blah this month like my hands are shaking my stomach hurts so much and it's hard to type. And yes Janie I do have the cysts... and the insulin problems and the hormone issues.

But no I'm not on a pill or shot because I lost my job so I have no insurance.
Tried the happy fun time in the shower...honestly I don't think I'd be able to pounce the boy right now...I'd prolly fall off him cause I'm also lightheaded.

And I'm out of MJ. -Cry!-
Thanks ladies for your suggestions, and Janie that is messed up that they misdiagnosed you! I hate when doctor's see an 'easy fix' and don't finish checking out what's going on. My doctor told me I have like a 5% chance of ever becoming pregnant... so that mixed with the boy shooting blanks pretty much assures that a little person will never walk out of my vagina.

I've read caffeine makes it worse, but it's always seemed to help me. Maybe I'm just weird?

Yah but that's in Harrisburg! There's a longer line to get in there than there is...well anywhere else in Harrisburg. I think they're on a three month wait frame right now X_X
Not to mention the pill makes me a real bitch, hopefully I'll have a job soon and I can go back on the shot. That balanced me out well.

really? I am currently off all pills because I couldn't find one that did me right. Maybe I will have to try the shot - not that I care if I have my monthly loveliness or not (haven't had one since June 1st) BUT the other things that come with hormonal imbalance are not nice...
