Default My body. It kills me.
I walked around my block which is a mile eh mile and a half. I did this. 4 times. About 4 miles in one day. I kept going because my mind told me too. And now every movement hurts. Remedies anyone?

Soak in a nice warm bath. Do some stretches very easily. If you can.... take some sort of mild pain reliever. Ask your parents first though.

From the sound of it Ryder your body isn't used to it. Over the next few days it will get better. You might want to start off with a mile next time. Then gradually build it up.

I have exercises to do but I kinda. Lacked in it. I haven't taken a long walk in awhile so yeah. Maybe that's why I hurt so much.

Sorry to hear about the pain Ryder.

Don't worry though, as you walk more, the pain will decrease.

What RandomDude said is good. Take a cold bath and later a warm one. Typically when you have a pain and can use an ice pack you want to ice it for about 20 minutes and then put some heat on it. It's the same for all over body pains.
