The muscles in my body won't stop twitching! Most annoying is my eye!

WTF? Causes are lack of sleep and anxiety.

If I have anxiety I will probably have lack of sleep...I have anxiety about everything I need to do which I need to do and not stay around and sleep or else I will have more anxiety...vicious cycle of being an adult.

You know I had a bad eye twitch a few years ago, maybe I just need a good roust in bed because when I was OH SO active I didn't have this issue.

Anyways - anyone got a home remedy for eye twitching?

I don't have a remedy Janie, but I did have a twitchy eye a few weeks back. I think I was under a lot of stress because now the stress is gone and so is the twitch. It lasted a few days, but darn, it was annoying.

Could be a lack of Zinc or Magnesium.
