I just read about this and people are saying it really works. They have lost actual inchest from their wastes and hips, etc. Here are the youtube links if you want to try it.

I love Jillian! She's so mean to them, but that's what it takes to get me going. I like proving I can when someone says I can't.

She has quite a few workouts on OnDemand that are part of the shredded series...and they definitely kick your butt to start! lol But yeah, she's really good!

I work out to her on demand too! She's pretty awesome and it's convenient not having to leave my house

OK, I finally got this DVD from my sister. She had it at her house to burn copies for me.. (so another words, jersey and audra, Ill send you a copy).. I did it today for the first time and I am sore all over.. I feel exhausted!! Im sure this will work.
