Default Healthy Food=Good Food
Ok skinny Bitches......

I need you to give a pleasantly plump guy some tips! I have a big food "addiction" because i love it, and want it to taste good!
However as i sit and watch you skinny fuckers eat, I want to know what tastes as good as fattening foods that i can eat when the cravings hit me!

My Vices-- FRIED FOODS--fried chicken in all it's variety (nuggets, strips, breast /thigh/leg/wings/)
loves me some fried cheese, eggroll, pickles(yes fried pickles it is a southern thing) hell you fry it i will probably eat it!

fast food--hamburgers fries and coke all jumbo as they can get.. also the big hot dogs with chili and cheese and tater tots from sonic...

CHINESE FOOD-- love it all!! you take the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots out and i will eat all the stuff you got!

gravy, cream sauces....

I am a BIG food buff love to cook it taste it eat it....*sigh*

I am not a big sweets person per say, but they do their job on me when i do eat them!

ok, so when i eat at a resteraunt i look around and think...what do skinny people eat i should try that! Salad, mmm bring it on with low fat ranch..I can do that....with my fried chicken mac n cheese and mashed taters of course!..

ok your turn...what tastes great but is also healthy....

go!

This may not be the best answer to your question RD but this is where I started honestly when I decided to eat Healthier.

I am a big foodie, and find myself trying out new recipes... this site is one of my favorites:

Pretty much any kind of meat, not fried!!!, is good for you if you don't eat the fat. Fish is always a good choice, if it isn't fried!!! Salads are usually not a good idea.

For example- and I'm assuming that since you are in Georgia you have eaten at Zaxby's

I get the house salad, fried, with one fat free dressing packet and a side of the buffalo sauce to put on it also with a water. John gets the buffalo fingers with fries and a soda. His actually has less calories than mine, by a long shot! Mine has more nutritional value, but comes up to over 800 calories! And doesn't have a lot of staying power- I'm hungry again within an hour.

When you go out, the best thing you can do, no matter what you order, is get a to go box when your food gets there and straight away box half of it up.

I also weigh my food. Then I don't have to pay so much attention to what I eat, because I'm only eating one serving.

another one I recommend is the Zucchini Soup. though...you will need to have some salsa handy to mix in.

nuts, vegetable oil, peanuts and other foods like this taste good and even though they are mainly fat, however they are the good fat for your body :P (monosaturated)

any lean meat is good, avoid (bacon, ham, sausage, and, high fat ground beef)

milk tastes really good too (skim)

and....

fish (tuna, salmon and etc. :P)
