okay, i'm finally back in the mindset of wanting to lose weight. i weigh about 150 right now, and would like to get around 110-115. i'm 5'4", so that's not such a stretch, right? i've already cut out regular soda (been drinking water, tea, and pepsi max which has 0 cals, carbs, or sugar) and fast food. and also the damn vending machine food at work.

I can not wait for the warm weather again!! when it was warm I would walk 3 miles at least 4 days a week, even after getting off work in the morning... Now it is just too cold for me to do that..
I have a tredmill but honestly, when I try walking on it I go for a lil while and then think, well at least I did something and then hit the couch.. it's just to easy to stop on the treadmill... but when you leave your house to walk from home to one end of town and back home (which is 3 miles in my town.. lol) you CAN NOT stop cuz you gotta finish just to get to the couch!!! |

^^ Yes, so right!
I have given up with home exercize, instead I rock the gym each day, do a 80 mile road cycle and 15 mile run every second day. That way I can push myself as hard as I can, but then I have to come right back again. And the gym is fun as! I started excercize so I could eat heaps (LOVE food) but now its turned into an addiction. |
