yay heather i know you can do it! I've been smoke free for 3 months now. Though I am from the school of thought that says everything in moderation..so every few weeks ill have A cigarette..but i dont buy my own packs. This works fine for me.

heather if you have trouble go buy some commit losanges! they worked for me!

i tried using them, and they made me want to vommit. it could have been that way b/c it was early in my pregnancy, or maybe i had them in my mouth wrong...i dunno

they take a couple days to get used to, and you kind of have to spit a lot..like chewing tobacco...but thats only for 1 or 2 days till you get used to them then they arent bad, and you dont taste the actual niccotene that bad. but tehy sure helped me a lot!
