I'm totally kicking and screaming as I write this, but I HAVE to do this. I absolutely can not let all my hard work go to waste, and I'm starting to get really depressed about it, so I am getting back on the wagon TODAY. I'm gonna record ALL the food I eat every day in here....I need accountablity really bad...and I don't have a trainer anymore, or a diet buddy...its just ME. My goal isn't really to lose any weight right now actually, it's to tone up and firm up before the big day. Then after that I will worry about more weight coming off. And I'm about to cry because I am back at 180lbs

I will edit this as i eat throughout the day. I'm using the weight watchers points system, I get 22 a day. Let's see if I stick with this shit now.
Monday May 28 Breakfast: 12:50pm (i slept in!) 3 eggwhites, 2 yolks scrambled 1.5 TBSP picante sauce 2TBSP milk Lunch: 4:11pm Smart One's Chicken Enchilada Monterey TOTAL: 501.5 calories 21.1 fat 5.9 fiber 10.5 points total Exercise: 25 pushups (girlie style until i build up my arms again) 20 dips more to come hopefully |
