Yesterday I did really good. I had some homemade oven fried chicken, and some dirty rice with carrots and broccoli in it. I'd say total I had about 1300 calories, but I need to keep writing everything down!

You dropped 8 pounds in 3 days??? Damn Clare! No offense, but is it mostly water weight? If not, that can't be healthy...I don't want to be mean or take away from it, but damn!

I'm totally kicking and screaming as I write this, but I HAVE to do this. I absolutely can not let all my hard work go to waste, and I'm starting to get really depressed about it, so I am getting back on the wagon TODAY. I'm gonna record ALL the food I eat every day in here....I need accountablity really bad...and I don't have a trainer anymore, or a diet buddy...its just ME. My goal isn't really to lose any weight right now actually, it's to tone up and firm up before the big day. Then after that I will worry about more weight coming off. And I'm about to cry because I am back at 180lbs I was at 168. ughhh.

Starting weight:220lbs
Current weight:180lbs
Goal (eventually): 140lbs

Measurements:
Hips: 44 inches (measured 9 inches below bustline)
Waist: 40 inches (measured 6 inches below bustline)

my previous measurements were 40/38...I hope I can get back to that by the wedding! I wish I had a higher hip/waist ratio too oh well. thats just genetics!

I will edit this as i eat throughout the day. I'm using the weight watchers points system, I get 22 a day. Let's see if I stick with this shit now.

Monday May 28

Breakfast: 12:50pm (i slept in!)
3 eggwhites, 2 yolks scrambled
1.5 TBSP picante sauce
2TBSP milk

Lunch: 4:11pm
Smart One's Chicken Enchilada Monterey


TOTAL:
501.5 calories
21.1 fat
5.9 fiber

10.5 points total

Exercise:
25 pushups (girlie style until i build up my arms again)
20 dips

I've been doing stuff around the house here but I haven't been to the gym yet Today I'm goign to clean all day so i dont feel like I have stuff hanging over my head and my mind will be free and clear of responsiblity and I will go tonight when matt gets home.
