I had a rough start on phase 2 and finally last night (vlcd5) I found my right dosage of drops and my feeling of starvation has gone! Now to focus on my weight loss thanks to my GFC drops and the amazing customer support they offer. They work great and I've lost 7.5 lbs so far!! FYI - I am losing fat from these drops and not muscle per the ketone test strips. Yay!

I'd like to thank Grammy for all her helpfulness.
