Do you grind it and brew it like coffee? or steep it like tea? I would think if you weren't actually consuming the ground cocoa beans it would be Ok. I mean, after all, coffee beans have carbs and protein if you actually consume them, but you don't consume them when you drink coffee. |

You make it just like coffee. I put mine in a french press but yes, you are right you don't consume the beans. |

In that case, here's what I would do: According to your signature, you are in P2D2, right. Maybe go a week and see how your losses are. Then drink it one day, see how your losses are the next few days. If they are consistent, it's no problem. If they slow or you gain, don't drink any more. |
