Lots of hcg variations allow cocoa powder as long as it is pure and has no added sugar or starch. I used the organic camino brand all through my R1 with no problems at all. I LOVED chocolate mug cakes and the best was fresh strawberries with English toffee stevia and cocoa powder and a dash of water. A perfect TOM P2 treat!

Well, cocoa still has quite a lot of fat. But some people seem to b o.k. with a little healthy far on p2, others aren't. U ve to c for urself. I very occasionally (like twice in a 30 d round) add 1/2 a teaspoon to my coffee, but it's not protocol & might cause a gain/stall or problems to stabilize in p3.
Try chocolate flavoured stevia, which might b an alternative.

If you are looking for the taste of chocolate on P2, try Sweetleaf liquid Chocolate Stevia. It is really great mixed into coffee, I also use there products (like lemon) to mix into yogurt (have not tried it yet with the chocolate). No bad after taste so far in any of their products I use.
