It just means you lose where you need to lose it. When the hcg is working right, the places that normally stay put (like my thighs. LOL0 actually shrink. This is the only diet where that's true for me. I've reshaped wonderfully. I've always been very much a pear. Now when I stand up and let my arms hang down, they don't touch my hips or thighs. Amazing.

HCG has some impact on the sexual hormonal landscape which enforces gender distinction. Men and women are supposed to look diffferent in body composition part of that is determined by HCG. when we take extra it helps us return to clearly defined shapes ( for our own genotype and phenotype of course)

Hiya
Thanks for your replies. They used to be muscular (I have been a personal trainer) and Im hoping they will be again. I did think tht once I gt in the gym again, the wobbly bits will be replaced with the good old muscles that I was so proud of. I have lost everywhere else about from my thighs and the knees dont look like they used to, so here's hoping. Thanks again. Lyn x |
