Default What is meant by "body reshaping in P3?"
Hi. In response to a post I submitted yesterday a member stated that the bodies of many people on this forum "reshaped" in
P3. What does that mean? I really don't want the shape of my body to change I just want to fat to go away. LOL

It means some of the fat can migrate to other parts of the body and you gain more definition IMO.

It just means you lose where you need to lose it. When the hcg is working right, the places that normally stay put (like my thighs. LOL0 actually shrink. This is the only diet where that's true for me. I've reshaped wonderfully. I've always been very much a pear. Now when I stand up and let my arms hang down, they don't touch my hips or thighs. Amazing.

HCG has some impact on the sexual hormonal landscape which enforces gender distinction. Men and women are supposed to look diffferent in body composition part of that is determined by HCG. when we take extra it helps us return to clearly defined shapes ( for our own genotype and phenotype of course)

Do you think that would pertain to a 53 year old starting menopause who has developed that thickening middle (to put it nicely)?

You should lose the middle first.

Hi everyone,

I have lost nearly everywhere whilst still in P2 but my thighs have barely moved the tape measure. So should I expect in P3 for them to revert to normal? I would love to lose the extra from here.

Thanks

I would think so. For me it's the same. My thighs are my absolute problem area. They never lose a single inch in any other diet. But although I had cheated a lot on my first p2 and hence stabilized very badly on p3, I lost a lot of the fat from the upper part of my body & only a little from my thighs (which already was a wonder). But in p3 I noticed that my rips were getting less visible again and my hips & thighs lost a couple of cm. Amazing!

I'm no expert, but are your thighs muscular? The abnormal fat on your thighs should leave eventually, but if you have big thighs due to being muscular (like a dancer), I don't see that going away.

Hiya

Thanks for your replies.

They used to be muscular (I have been a personal trainer) and Im hoping they will be again. I did think tht once I gt in the gym again, the wobbly bits will be replaced with the good old muscles that I was so proud of.

I have lost everywhere else about from my thighs and the knees dont look like they used to, so here's hoping.

Thanks again.
