Yep! Alba (you can find this at Sprouts, Walgreens) makes a great oil free oisturizer. Been using this since I started. It's in an orange boz and says oil free

Hey Brickhouse. I've looked through two different Walgreens. Can't find it. We don't have a Sprouts here.

Anyone out there recommend a good moisturizer?

I used the Corn Husker's lotion initially, but learned on this forum that baby and/or mineral oil were ok to use. I started using baby oil and it helped a ton. It's also cheap and you can find it anywhere. I put it on my feet at night and then put socks over it while i slept, then my feet were baby soft in the morning. I wish I'd known about this in the beginning.

How does baby oil work when initially the thought was to try and have no oil in contact with the skin..... or is the no oil contact on skin for the duration of the HCG injections only?

Thanks

Baby oil is mineral oil based, which your body cannot absorb as a "food" oil, so it won't make you gain, if that makes sense. I think it says in PI somewhere...
