I am thinking I need to load for three days. The reason being.. my first load I couldn't eat well. I only had soup for lunch then spaghetti for dinner (late tho) Second day and I haven't had anything to eat is 12am! I am going out with friends but to fatz! I just feel I might need to load a 3rd day as well?
Pleae tell me your thoughts? |

It is totally up to you. You need to make sure you load well and eat good fats. This will make the first week not so bad. I load for 3 days because that is what my doctor recommends, but I think most on here only load for 2. If one more day makes you more comfortable I would do the extra day. Just my two cents.
