Default HCG phase 3 question
Hello all -

i'm new here and have been posting in the september loaders group- but I had some general phase 3 questions.

I was doing some reading up on phase 3 and as I understand it I should be at my goal weight prior to phase 3 starts? So if I don't lose all the 40 pounds then what? If i'm setting up my hypothalmus to reset my metabolism I should already be at goal before I start phase 3. Is this why I see people doing multiple rounds of the HCG shots?
My doctor ( i'm doing shots with docs supervision ) is saying I will be doing "Lipo" shots for phase 3 which contains multiple vitamins and minerals and some kind of appetite suppressant that will curb my appetite. Any input is welcome, i'm REALLY NEW to all this stuff and don't want to get boggled down with the wrong information. I've read Pounds and inches a couple of times through already and still have questions.
Thanks all!!

I am not an expert by any means but from what I know most people do not reach their goal weight with just one round. I just started phase 3 and as you can tell I did not lose all the weight I wanted, probably my fault. I believe your average loss on your first round is about 24-26lbs.

Good luck!

You don't do P3 at your goal weight...you do it when the allotted number of days/shots in P2 have passed. So in each round, you do P2, P3 and P4. If you aren't at your goal in one round, you can do another round and another. P3 is 3 weeks in each round. You'll eat no sugar/no starch for those 3 weeks. During that time, you'll probably find you need to eat more fat, protein and calories than you imagine. I don't think an appetite suppressant is in any way necessary since you'll be wanting to eat until you are satisfied. Many people have trouble eating much food in P3. I had no trouble eating; I ate a ton and didn't gain weight. If I didn't eat enough, I gained. I don't know what are in your vitamin/mineral injections, but if you feel you are deficient in those things, it probably won't hurt to take them.

In P3, you'll lock in your weight where you are now. If you do another round, you'll again lock it in at that new, lower weight.
