Default OMG, I want to skip loading!!!!
I'm starting Round 2 today. I just injected my first 150iu dose of Corion half an hour ago. I am sitting here, thinking of what to eat, and NOTHING appeals to me.

I know it's not a good idea, but I'm tempted to go straight into VLCD RIGHT NOW.

This is my second round. I did my first round with HHCG pellets. I stayed pretty low carb during P3 and P4.

You're suppose to load on fats and proteins and I think that is basically what you are eating now right? I would just eat your P3/P4 food today and maybe tomorrow and then go VLC. No reason to pig out or pile on the carbs just eat what you eat already.

Yeah, well, I had to be so cautious during this P3/P4, I'm actually going to take the opportunity to enjoy some of the foods I have been missing since I started P2 in March.

I spent the last week or so compiling a list of what I have been "missing" since starting this diet. Had NO PROBLEM on Load Day #1, ate like a friggin horse, was miserable but not OMG why did I do that miserable. That actually made me kind of sad, because I have read that others are like UGH that doesn't even SMELL good anymore... and I had no issues, went totally back to the way I used to eat. Day 2 (yesterday) was a totally different story tho- I couldn't hardly make myself eat! And that made me sad too, I missed out on a bunch of things I still had on my list! (and still have in my pantry and fridge!) I think I did ok overall tho- gained 4 lbs Day 1 and 1 lb yesterday, total of 5 lbs (I gained 7 when I loaded for R1). I guess my point is, I haven't been able to change my body's thinking about food yet, which sucks, but hey the HCG is very obviously working already which was a double edged sword LOL. Doing ok so far today, had my lunch not too long ago. I honestly am TIRED of cooking, very glad to be back in P2 where there's not a whole lot of thinking involved. And looking forward to seeing LOSSES every day again! I missed that!

LOL that's cute!

If I do another round my loading is going to be on things like Pepperoni, European Wieners, bacon, eggs, LOL weird I can't really think of anything I REALLY want to eat.

The only thing I'm missing right now is European wieners and I think the only reason why is because I had planned to have them on my first loading days and I didn't get to Oh well! I will be having them soon!

I'm with you!!! It's so weird how load days on Round 1 it was a free-for-all, and yesterday and today I had to force myself to eat. Even still, I don't feel I loaded even close to how I should be loading.
HCG has totally changed my eating habits. I kicked my sweet tooth for the most part which is a huge achievement!

I'm with you. I am officially sick of chocolate.

I think I should have eaten more, but I can't stomach another bite. If I get hungry, the abnormal fat being released should take care of it in a couple of days.

I'm interested to see how much you gained, seeing as though I know what you ate! BTW I'm basing my next Round loading days off of what you do first. :P
My loading gains are going to be skewed because TOM is showing his nasty face.

Well hell! Stupid TOM's!
It's okay. My TOM stall will be overridden by Week 1 losses. That's the silver lining.

I would just eat your P3/P4 food today and maybe tomorrow and then go VLC. No reason to pig out or pile on the carbs just eat what you eat already. i agree. we've taken this loading idea totally out of context. and if you eat fatty foods without the carbs, you shouldn't gain much on your load. as poo said, it's basically P3 eating. many also do not load much after the first round. i think it's a bit of a contradiction that Dr. S. says to. if it's to stock your normal fat stores, and you do that before R1, and don't lose normal fat, and don't restrict calories before your next round- why aren't your normal fat stores still "full"? i think after R1 that it's basically to get you through the first few days until you're burning fat well. but you can always eat a bit more P2 food, too.

I think I should have eaten more, but I can't stomach another bite. Dr. S. says to "eat to capacity". if you couldn't eat another bite, you did that. no need to eat more.

i still cannot grasp this "loading idea". we already have fat stores..hence why we diet. seems more like a "goodbye" to all the crispy cremes..(god..i want one). I didnt load ..and in 11 days..down 10. i dont plan to eat like I have before HCG, so i am not concerned about Stabilizing.
i am not sure about this "abnormal" fat loss..i sure hope that is true, but my fat losses are in the same areas i would normally "LOSE" first. which is fine, after looking like a linebacker...the physique of an underdeveloped teenage boy suits me just fine.

the difference is that people who have dieted a lot have lost their normal fat- the fat that pads their heels, gives contours to their face, etc. Loading is to replenish that fat- although i don't know how he knows that the fat you gain will be there! Personally i've never seen any re-shaping, but the diet does appear to protect you from losing normal fat. you don't look gaunt, don't develop heel pain (one of the first things that happens when someone is on a lc diet), don't lose much breast tissue.

Mgsondance - that's the first time I've read that you don't lose much breast tissue. I almost stood up and did a happy dance after I read that. My boobs are always greatly reduced when I've dieting in the past. I'd love to keep what I have! I have plenty of butt that can burn baby burn!!!

I haven't lose breast tissue either. The fat on my bra band area reduced but the cup size stayed the same.

I think some people overdo loading. I'm not the expert some are on here, of course, but I didn't go insane on my two loading days back in early May. Just ate more fats than normal. Had my regular yogurt and berry breakfast, then a tuna salad sandwich at lunch and then, my pig out, two slices of pizza and a small serving of ice cream from cold stone creamery after dinner. The next day was more of the same amounts of food, maybe a bit less. but I didn't go crazy with carbs or any of that. I gained 1.8 lbs loading and didn't feel hungry in my first week of the VLCD.

I read about some people eating buckets of unhealthy stuff and I think, "Whoa. Is that necessary?"
