So far I'm on my first round (maybe last) on VLCD 18, lost 11 lbs- and have noticed that anymore when I sit at the computer my butt hurts a bit because I don't have as much cushion! What a great feeling although it hurts!! Haha. Also, I don't think its just my imagination, but my ring is getting loose on my finger! Puts a big smile on my face.

What does everyone else notice, even when the scale might not be showing it?!?

My feet are shrinking. My feet slide around in my sandals and don't even get my started on the girls disappearing!
