Default Please help! Plateau?
Hi everyone,
I am on day 25 of P.2. on day 18, I had lost 20 pounds but since last wednesday, Ive been "stuck". I havent changed anything. I take 12 drops 3x's a day of 13,600 IU's. (I just found the instructions in my vehicle the other day, cuz i thought they didnt come with any, so i looked up how much most people take.) The directions say 4 drops 4 x's a day. Should I go by the irections, even tho apparently the 12 drops 3 x's has been doing fine? Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? My cycle is due this week, could that be the reason? Im new, so i dont know much except the basic do's and dont's. I still have 20 pounds to lose this first round. Any suggestions? How long does this last? please help!

Plateaus are usual. but unless you are very heavy, it's doubtful (and actually against protocol) for you to lose 40 pounds in 1 round. You should not change your dose unless you are hungry. The approach of your period can cause stalls and even gains. Your body is just catching up though. You've lost very well.

Wow Grammy! I had no idea! Thanks!! I actually have more questions to ask- When 45 days rolls around, do i do the p.3 or can i go longer? I know some are 60 day protocols. I got the 45 day. Then I cant start another round for another 6 weeks? Can you explain a little better about going into rounds? See, I have 40 pounds as my first goal and would *like* to lose more, but 40 pounds will do great.

You need to stop. the most you are allowed to lose is 34 pounds unless you are very very heavy. Your skin will need 6 weeks to recover unless you want to risk having to have a skin lift.

Now is part of the 6 weeks, the 3 weeks in p.3, or does the 6 weeks begin AFTER the p.3?

This is part of it. It sounds like you need to read Pounds and Inches. That is the actual protocol that you need to understand for ultimate success.
