Default Helpful hints for breaking a set point appreciated please!!!
So I have been in this gaining and losing set-point drama phase for the past 5 days now. My body just seems to rebel at the 150Ibs / 69-70 kg mark. I know that if I can break past this point then it will help the rest of my journey immensely.

So just wanted to ask what are the methods that folks here have used to break a stalling/ set point pattern.

I have heard it said here to:

1. increase protein whilst decreasing fruit and the melba. I do not eat the melba/ grissini and currently have 1 fruit most days.

2. Walk/ move/ stretch more.

3. Drink more water.

Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry...my only suggestion is to wait it out. You'll get past it, but it takes time.

I'd ride it out too since you are already only eating 1 fruit and no melba.
