So here's the current deal.
I've been on P3 for 9 days Yesterday I was feeling pretty sickly Nasal / Chest congestion, so I was out of work and slept most of the early part of the day I didn't eat anything until 3pm and that was 2 eggs with 2 sausages and then I ate an orange. Then I didn't eat again until 8:30 pm which was only about 6-8 strawberry's. I didn't drink as much water as I've been consuming since starting HCG needless to say, but I didn't abstain from drinking either.....this morning's weigh in was 4 lbs' less then the weight that I've pretty well locked in on since LID. LIDW was 169 by end of 72 hours of VLCD I was at 166.5 I have been 166.5 every morning since, save 1 where I blipped up to 167.5 but was right back to 166.5 the next morning. So I'm feeling pretty good that 166.5 is my stabilized weight at this point....but my eyes about popped out of my head this morning when I stepped onto the scale and saw 162.5! I'm guessing this will resolve itself and I'll be back up to or very near 166.5 tomorrow if it was just water weight, so I guess I'll have my own answer, but I was shocked, I wasn't parched or dehydrated FEELING.....so just wondering if you guys thought it was actually POSSIBLE to loose 4 lbs of water weight by just being mostly bed ridden for 1 day? |

So here's the update on this sudden 4 lb loss on P3D9.....
on D11 I woke up after having eaten normal all D10 and I was still 162.5! I was quite surprised. Now yesterday I had a bit of an unapproved meal, ate 4 flour based tortillas with my meal, so I was up 1 lb this morning, but so far I have to say P3 is going really well, Back on the straight and narrow today though. My main point of posting the first place was I guess that I was a little concerned about a sudden 4 lb drop on P3 where you're supposed to be trying to stay within a 4 lb spread +/- 2 lbs from LIDW, so thanks for reassuring me that it's OK overall. |
