Default Anyone have sashimi recently?
Well I need something different so i ordered some Sashimi for dinner. I also got chicken with assorted veggies too. No oil added or cornstarch and sauce on the side, which i won't be eating. You think that's safe? I haven't really had fish yet. Except for shrimp. I gained a lb last night for no darn good reason but oh well. We shall see what happens with today. Going to play some zumba on the wii after dinner. Has anyone else done sashimi recently?

well I'm assuming i will gain tomorrow.. I feel like i seriously cheated and all i ate was fish. no soy just a little wasabe. so i will let you know in the morning. I am very full however. i only had one serving a fruit today no melba just 3 egg whites and one whole egg with spinach onion and tomato. I always mix veg and it doesn't mess with me. but I really think i am going to gain.

I didn't lost but I didn't gain like i thought I would. So I'm pretty happy with that. No i I didn't just eat white fish either. I had tuna and salmon as well.. I ate a little of the ginger. I had no soy and it was so delish. Nice to change things up. I did not weigh it either. I ate it all. but I really needed the extra protien. I think that is why i was ready to throw in the towel last night. Boy was I bitchy. I'm alright with stalling because I think my body needs to catch up to amount of weight I've lost in the last 21 days.. HOpefully I will be losing inches in this time.. Just gonna chug some water and green tea all day and see what happens. Now to figure out something for breakfast and lunch. I think an orange sounds pretty darn good right now.

Do it and see what happens. I feel better now that I've had something different ya know? I did have one piece of ginger and it was amazing. I thnk because it's raw it's better for you and it gives you anice boost of protein.

Maybe....I stalled for almost 2 weeks while insisting to myself I could have ground beef. I'm hesitant to try something else that might stall me. ^^;

Ginger unfortunately always has sugar in there. And at least over here, sashimi is very heavy in salmon and tuna.... I know I have wanted some sushi for a while. Will order steak today to make up for that...

I had albacore sashimi my first week and still had a great week of losses. I just ate the sashimi and paper thin lime slices with it, and dipped it in soy sauce. ate with a green lettuce salad with a squeeze of lemon juice. my cheat was eating the shredded white radish as well that came with it, and the miniature dill pickles.
