Default Cosmetics- Have they caused a stall? Can I use mine?
I totally did not think about my cosmetics.

I started my VLCD today... I currently don't exactly have the $$ to go out and buy all new makeup products... so my question is... how badly will this affect me?

I use concealar (with oil), mascara (unsure), pencil eyeliner, lip gloss...

And how about deodorant?

So many questions. Should have thought of this before hand

Personally, I've used all the same products since starting the diet and I'm almost done with P2 and I've lost 20 pounds. I'm doing the diet through a nutritionist and she told me that makeup and other beauty products shouldn't effect your weight loss. Good luck

I have used, prior to hcg and during bare minerals makeup. Which is hcg approved. I did have to change a few things because I wasn't losing in the beginning and thought changing cosmetic things was silly. It seemed to help a lot when i made the change. I changed my deoderant (to the organic crystal deoderant, about 3.99), my lips i only use chapstick right now, lotion - def change this - i now use baby oil. I checked the ingredients on everything else and it contained no oils so I was good there. Oh and i dont use eyeliner, i use mineral eyeshadow and create it that way. Mascara was totally ok, it really doesnt come in contact with your skin anyhow.
