I am on a 23-day round of HCG injections of 150IU daily. I am doing so good on it and would love to do the full 40 days, but the only problem is I have a five-day vacation that would fall right in the midst of it, on day 28. I'm fine doing P3 on my vacation, but it would be very tough to do P2 and injections because I'm not even sure I have a fridge in my hotel room on the Florida beach where I will be staying.
Someone mentioned a planned interruption as a possibility. I know nothing about this. What is a planned interruption and how does it work? is it effective? I hate the idea of having to wait six weeks, through P3 and P4, before I can do another round. I want to be in the best swimsuit shape I can be in at the beginning of summer, not the end. I haven't been seen in a swimsuit in about 12 years, and I want this to be my year! Thanks in advance! |

A planned interruption is explained in P&I in the section entitled, "Unforeseen Interruptions of Treatment." It is the same no matter what type of hcg you are taking. I do an interruption almost every round. I just finished one yesterday.
I eat P3 foods. I do not count calories. I eat meat, eggs, cheese, lots of non-starchy vegetables, cream, butter, etc. I eat a lot. And I don't gain weight. |
