Default Are people successful keeping off the weight with hhCG or is real hCG better?
Are people successful keeping off the weight with homeopathic hCG or is real hCG better at resetting the hypothalamus? I have been researching the diet and have noticed a huge price difference between the two types of hCG. Three of my friends that have done the hhCG have gained back their weight. Has anyone kept off the weight using hhCG or is real hCG better at resetting your metabolism? I know real hCG comes from a pregnant woman's urine which seems like a risk.

Why would it be a risk? It is the same prescription medicine used for infertility treatment... It just isn't registered for use as a diet medication.

Stabilization and weight gain imho don't depend on the type of hcg used, but on what you do afterwards. If you continue eating carbs, sugar and fat, you will gain back weight, no matter which hcg you used. Or which diet you used, to be honest.

I agree with sweetie pie, hcg is the tool that helps you drop weight, but your actions afterward are what determine the ability to keep it off. If you continue eating the standard American diet, you can expect to look like the standard American.....over weight. It's very easy to mess your system up again.

Thanks you for responding. What are the advantages and disadvantages of homeopathic vs. prescription? It sounds like people are just as successful using both versions of hCG. If I go through all of this trouble trying to loose weight, I want to do it right.
