Yes 10th day and still haven't lost a single ounce.
I didn't eat at all Saturday hoping that would fix it- nope. I've stuck to the protocol faithfully and I was doing SO WONDERFUL losing almost 2 lbs a day and then I just stopped. Today is my "skip" day for injections to prevent immunity as Dr. Simeons says since I'm doing the 43 day protocol. Should I try to skip 2 more days and load then inject again? Will this reset everything? If you can offer any advice please do! |

You mention losing almost 2lbs a day until this.....I don't know what day you are on, but losses like that will be balanced out with a stall so that your avg daily loss is between .5 and .75. Hang in there....losses will start back up as soon as your body has caught up to all the weight you've lost to date.

For what it's worth - I had a long stall at the end of P2 that about drove me crazy. I couldn't figure out why - but suddenly my losses just stopped. I had hoped the stall would break before I finished the round, but it never did. I was so disappointed and felt like I had wasted two weeks. However, now that I'm well into P4 I can tell you - I stabilized like a rock on P3 without ever having to do a correction day. As much as I hated that blasted stall - I think that's why I had nooooooo problems on P3 and beyond. I may end up doing another round later because I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped, but the 20 pounds I did lose have stayed OFF. And for me, 20 pounds made a HUGE difference.

I haven't used any lotions/makeup etc etc
My meals: Same diet except for my protein I use raw vegan protein powder. Yes I was losing 2 lbs a day average then I stopped gained a few then nothing. As far as water o I love it! I drink about 6-8 16.9 oz bottles a day not includint the extra bottles for the protein powder. I don't mix veggies, I don't use any sugar substitutes, I don't stray off the diet as I mentioned before in other posts I am actually very happy eating 200 cals and am VERY full around that point. Makes me sick to eat all 500 cals but I make myself. I'm so disappointed |

I have 10 day stalls in every round. One thing to keep in mind is that most women lose about 25-28 pounds per round. So you were losing fast and now your body is catching up. What have you been eating though? We might be able to pinpoint something to try. I would cut one fruit and eat an extra serving of protein in its place and see if that breaks the stall.

there is a vegan thread somewhere here and they might be better equipped with a response for you. my first thought was to nix the protein powder as it is not on protocol.
that said your losses up to stall were solid and 10 day stalls do happen. drop the melba and grissini if you are eating them. Sent from my Kindle Fire using Tapatalk 2 |
