After you've done 3 weeks of P3 and 3 weeks of P4, give it a try. I will warn you that most of us find round 2 to be very different than round 1. It is harder mentally because you don't have that initial euphoria of starting a new plan. And your body may not lose the same way it did in the first round. I lost more inches and fewer pounds in round 2. And I had no enthusiasm whatsoever. Just be prepared for it to be a little different. But you'll still be successful.
