Default TaTa's and the dreaded belly buldge
Hello follow FEMALE HCG’ers,

I am confident that I will have great losses with this diet like the majority of you do. I know that this diet will re-shape your mid section like no other diet but my question is…what about the boobies? Will the excess fat that lingers in them also shrink? (Please say yes)

Also what about the dreaded belly buldge that makes some of look like we are 5-6 months pregnant, will we have flat tummy’s again like we did in the late 20’s early 30’s before we started with all this hormonal nonsense?

Thank you for the support.

Hi Well, for me, my ladies up and left! I've lost 18lbs this round- almost to goal- and finally had to buy new bras. I'm an A cup now!!! To be fair, I was an A way back before I gained weight, had kids, gained more weight. I think it's just a matter of what your natural body type is. I still have a little tummy pooch, but not nearly what it was. Once I start exercising again I might be able to get rid of the rest ::fingers crossed:: Good luck to you!

Mine have shrunk (tatas) but I don't want them to shrink anymore. I'm good with they're at now. My stomach has done the same but wished that the rest of the weight I'll lose would come strictly from that area. A girl can wish right!

My breasts are about the same size, a small B. I can't say that I have had much difference in size, but they do fluctuate a teeny bit every month, depending on where I am in my cycle.

My tummy bulge? Holy Mother of Batman, it is amazing. I look so so so much better; I bought a two piece bathing suit at Target the other day, and ordered a new one from Rue La La (if it is too small, then it is my new "goal" to hang beside my closet mirror!). I still hold it in, but when I hold it in, it looks almost flat. My biggest issue in my bikini (omg I am going to wear a bikini) is little love handles.

I was due to stop shots today, but am now officially addicted. I am going to go a few more shots as long as I keep going downwards so nicely.

My boobs definitely shrank, about half a cup size. Wasn't too pleased with that, mine aren't that big to begin with! But I am hoping P3 will bring some of them back. From what I've read P3 is where most of the reshaping happens. I also lost a good amount in my midriff (around the natural waist). I have one of those yucky "aprons" that hangs in front so I was hoping to lose more of that, but again, I'm hoping P3 will help that. This round really whittled out my small waist, so maybe P3 will just even the rest out. Maybe the fat on that lower belly will just slide ride up to those tatas!!

Thank you all for your comments.

For clarification, when describing the dreaded belly buldge, I would like to be more specific. This is not really the "muffin top", its literally like a basketball in your very lower belly. (Far below your below button) Many of us around 40 with PCOS, ovarian cysts and fibroids know exactly what I am talking about. It sometimes can be a tell-tale sign that you have had a hysterectomy.

I WANT that to go away! PLEASE oh PLEASE.

In R2 my girls shrunk after losing 15 lbs, but I could never find new bras that quite fit. I regained the weight I lost on that round and the girls came back with the pounds. I'm now in R3, have lost 20 lbs and am 1 pound from goal, but this time the girls didn't shrink. However I had to buy new bras because my back got smaller. I went from a 38D to a 36D. Go figure! Each round can be so different from the last. I'm also around 40 and had PCOS but never had the basketball belly. I say "had PCOS" because I found a doctor who treated me holistically and I'm pretty much symptom free. After losing 46 lbs on Hcg my tummy is now pretty flat, unfortunately so are the girls All along my plan has been to stabilize for a year then get a tummy tuck to tighten up the area and a boob job. I nursed 3 babies and my girls need a lift! It'll be interesting to see where things settle once I've stabilized for awhile.

My tatas shrunk from a C to an A.

I got some padded bras at Victoria's Secret. Major sadness, I was hoping to stay a B.

My belly is mostly flat now and that does make me happy.

I'm on R2, and mine didn't shrink hardly at all...
Actually, I went from a 44DDD to a 42F bra. *sigh*
My inches around my strap line (and my back fat) have gone down. But the girls themselves? Not so much.
(I was a 36DD before gaining all my weight.)

So here are my results.. tatas went down just enough to be nice again and not so sloppy. They remain contained in a bra which is nice.

Tummy..nice and flat! Until P3. I'm not sure what is going on, but I am 4 weeks into P3 and 1.5 pounds stabilized below LIW but belly bulge is back with vengance. No gains of 1 pound or more while trying foods and have started taking probiotics and digestive enzymes. I'm scared to try P4 with belly like this.

So yes... dreaded belly bulge goes down....but how to keep it down while eating 2000 cal a day is a whole different story.

I wondered this too as well. I was also wondering if anyone had a hanging fat stomach (like you can pick it up or it rolls your underwear down, yes tmi, and if you don't know what I am talking about you're lucky!) what happens to it? Do you loose the fat but the skin stays? Any input would be wonderful!

I'm only new to hcg myself (about 4 weeks in) but I'll upload the pic of what's happened to my hanging belly so far

They're pretty disgusting pics but as you can see my tummy has sort of lifted up back to where it was supposed to be!

To be honest I think it depends probably on how you looked before gaining weight? My hanging tummy was the last thing I got, I was around 240lb for a long time without a hanging gut but those last 40lb went straight there! So I suppose that's why that's where I'm losing first? No noticeable boob difference yet. I'm a DD apparently but was more of a B to C before I gained weight... I'd quite like to go back to a C, and a B if I must, I wouldn't want to be an A though, it wouldn't look right on me as I've always had a big butt and thighs!

I can see such a difference! Good for you!! BTW I love your quote "Because the next 6 months will pass whether I lose weight or not. In 6 months when I look back, I’m either going to be extremely happy or extremely disappointed." I might just still that, such a motivator and puts things into perceptive! My stomach is so much worse than that, am scared... My started after my first baby and was more like deflated skin that ballooned with fat, but after my 4th...ickk ohh lodry, it's bad.

yeah my bust has gotten smaller 2 weeks in. I've lost 2 inches in it.. i think it's mostly because my back has gotten smaller. So i'm now a 36B. But back in the day when I was really skinny i was a 34A so I know at some point they are going to get even smaller. Guess I will just have to stick with wonderbras. I don't mind if the rest of my body looks the way I want it to.
