Default stall
Hi. I am on P2, day 22. I have lost 15.7 lbs. I have stalled for the last 2 days. I have sternly followed Simeons protocol. I want to go on and do 40 days. What should I do about the stallling? Thanks you, in advance for your advice! I REALLY appreciate it!

Stalls are common, usually in the third week. You're just a few days late with your stall. If it lasts 5+ days, you can do an apple day if you'd like. Meanwhile, take your measurements to see if you are losing inches. Often, that's how this works. You lose pounds, but not inches, and then you lose inches, but not pounds in a cycle.
