Default Hate Stevia! Yucky
Hi all, I'm new. I'm on day 3 of phase 2. I bought the Stevia packets and it is soooo bitter. Is the liquids better or any suggestions on that? Thank you. I am happy to say I've lost 6 lbs in 2 days so I am totally motivated !
Also where do you. Uh the liquid form....my grocery store doesn't have. It..nor any of the flavored ones.

I'm 5'4 starting weight after my load was 196... This morning, 191! I'm a believer for sure!

I hate Stevia too. It's bitter and leaves a chalky taste on your teeth.

I've used Truvia both times and had great success with it. Not everyone can use it though. But it's so much more like sugar.

I used sweet n low for all three rounds....no issue. Yes, I know it isn't the best for you, but when I had to use something, I used that. Stevia is a little tough to stomach for me as well. I got a little overly agressive and bought all kinds of types and flavors only to give them all away.

Hi,

There is a stevia called Nu Stevia which has no bitter taste. It actually isn't bad in coffee. I hate all artificial sweetners especially in my coffee. Would rather drink it black but like I said the nustevia isn't bad. Also, the liquid flavors you can puchase at any health food store or Whole Foods. I also bought a few of them and they are just sitting in my fridge. Good Luck!

I've only tried the liquid. I got it at Whole Foods and found it to be absolutely disgusting. I gave it to my sister and she loves it. I'm happy to do the diet with no sweetener. Apples and oranges are sweet enough for me these days.

KAL Stevia is my favorite. I've been using the powder extract version for almost 2 years now. I also bought the liquid version but haven't opened it yet. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste that most other stevias have. Don't overdo it. A dab'll do ya! You can get it at iherb.com or amazon.com for about $20 for 3.5 oz. One jar of this has a lot of servings and it includes a tiny scoop which is only 1/32of a teaspoon. So there are a couple thousand servings in one bottle. I like sweet stuff so I use 2-3 tiny scoops in my Strawberry Tea or 5 level scoops in 1 cup of Fage Greek Yogurt. YUM! I mean, we all love real sugar the most but this is the next best thing in my opinion.
