Hi All,
This is my first post after viewing the forum for a bit. I started Easter weekend, and have lost 9.9 lbs. While my lbs are not quite as fast as I'd like, I have lost 17 inches...so I can tolerate a slower loss!

Regardless, I love hot sauce, in any capacity! After reading some other posts, I saw Frank's was P2 friendly. So, I added "him" in yesterday as dressing on my cucumber and shrimp salad, and again with my chicken and spinach salad..only to reveal *gasp* a 1.4 lb GAIN today! So...you may read Frank is friendly...I however, consider him to be a foe!
