This will be my first time... after doing a lot of research I understand that 500 cals a day is protocol and highly recommended for the best results.. but what if I dont need to lose 1lb a day... what if i want to take a slower route. Can i up my calorie intake to 800-900 a day and give myself a lower HCG dosage?
If so... any idea what that dosage should be? Thanks in advance! |
