Default HCG Diet round 2.. really struggling
Hello all,

I am doing my hcg diet round 2. I am really struggling though. I started my loading days this past weekend and yesterday was my first day of the vlcd.

I was so hungry I ATE A COOKIE. GAHH.

So today I was dedicated to keeping on the diet. I had lunch, and I am so hungry I CAN'T EVEN FOCUS.

I reallllyyy am craving Red Robin.. like you can't believe.

Any thoughts or advice. I gained a few pounds over my loading day- which I didn't last time. I also lost like 6 pounds on my first vlcd and I am still like 5 pounds higher than when I started my first injection.

I don't know if its just that I don't have the motivation, because I don't have my wedding dress to fit into... but i forsee this being very difficult, this time around.

Any thoughts or advice. Could I do red robin today and act like its my 'last loading day' and then tomorrow stick to straight protocol

I've done this protocol a couple times with good success, then took a long break and gained some weight back. I tried again several times in subsequent rounds and just couldn't stick with it. I'd wind up going over my calories, and then when that happened I'd say screw it and I'd eat something bad and ruin everything. I spent a lot of money on the hcg RX and wasted it! If you are overly hungry, perhaps there is something wrong with your dose or the type of hcg you are using. A good quality multivitamin might help with hunger and cravings, and fiber helps too. I loved the zero-cal shirataki noodles with broth or in a stir-fry to fill up. However, I think you have to to be really mentally committed to do this properly. I know some people here say it's so easy and they are stuffed and so on, but I never found that to be the case, no matter what type of hcg I used or the dose. I felt deprived with the limited food choices. I normally need a large volume of food to feel full and the small portions were hard. But I was able to stick with it before and be successful. If you did before too, you can do it again as well! Just take it one day at a time. Good luck.
