Hi,
So this will be 11th official day of Phase II. I am doing sublingual RX drops .5 x a day. The first 5 days were great. I lost 6 pounds total. Then I got my TOM and stalled for a few days. However, that has been well over and now I have only lost 1 pound since then?? I don't understand the stall?? Some of the reasons I may not be losing, but not sure if this may be attributed? - I have done eggs and cottage cheese as substitutes for meat. - I'm 5'4" and only need to lose 10-15 lbs. I started at 130, and now I am at 123. Since I don't need to lose alot of weight, could this cause a stall? -I have lost the potency of my hcg drops? Should I mix up another bottle? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to kickstart my weightloss again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

Dear Shaz,
I to posted this am and said i was down 11lbs in 16 days 19 if you include loading nobody has responded to me either and i just thought i would at least acknowledge your frustration like mine look at my post to see how my weight fluctuated, hopewe both get some input later today GOOD LUCK TO YOU and try not to get to discouraged (hahahaha at least thats what i'm trying to do, emphasis on trying lol) |

Hi Shaz - I am by no means a veteran. This is day 31 for me on my first round. But I have read a lot here and I've heard that lots of people are sensitive to dairy and eggs so you might try replacing that with fish or chicken, if you can. Also, if you only have 10-15 pounds to lose and have already lost 7, that's amazing! You're almost done.!those last few pounds always hang on tight, no matter what you do. Try to switch your protein up, drink lots of water and stick it out. You're doing great!
