I started the hcg pellets on 2/18. My loading days were on the 18th and 19th. I had a few set backs but am back on track and I have lost almost 15 lbs. What I dont understand is how the phases work. When I purchased the pellets I was not explained nothing more than how to take them and what to eat. There are 480 pellets in a new bottle. Dosage is 4pellets 3 times a day.
Doing the math would give me 40 days on the pellets... Then what? Oh and... I was off the pellets for a few days and then resumed the diet so technically it would be a few more than 40 days from the start date. . I actually just counted the pellets and there are 493 in the bottle right now. I have taken them for a couple weeks so I guess they overfilled my bottle! ![]() |

You are in what most people call phase 2. When you decided to stop your hcg, you record your weight the morning of your last dose and that becomes your last dose weight or (LDW). That is the weight you want to try to maintain within 2 lbs of during Phase 3. You then continue to eat VLCD for 48 more hours (72 hours if doing rx hcg). Then you do 21 days of phase 3 in which you increase your calories to a normal amount but avoid any added starches or sugars. Phase 4 is 21 days where you can add back sugars and starches in moderation.
