I was just wondering if anyone has noticed the increase in people coming on here and talking crap about the diet lately? I was even wondering if it was related to the whole FDA issue. Seems to me almost every day I notice someone new making an account and posting crap about how the diet doesn't work. Strikes me as a very STUPID idea to come on a forum that is all about support for the diet and talk crap about it. I am all for ignoring them, anyone else?

I never said this diet doesnt work. Of course it will "work". The definition of work is subjective. If your goal is to lose weight, the HCG diet is phenomenal.

For women, this is a great way to lose weight with no concern for the loss of muscle. For men, they need to make sure they dont lose muscle while they lose weight. Men should be more concerned about lean body mass and not weight. Personally I would rather be 200 lbs 10% BF than 180 lbs 20% BF.

Women on the other hand look great at 20% BF.

Yes and they need to get out and enjoy their life instead of trolling the net
to start crap with strangers. Best thing to do is ignore them. They get tired
of arguing with themselves and they go away. I'm an Admin on a busy harley davidson forum
and we get loads of these jokers almost daily. I enjoy crippling their accounts.
