Default Anyone taking other diet aids with HCG??
Just wanted to know if anyone has taken other diet aids along with the HCG diet? I have been researching (sort of) something called safslim and am wondering if these two would work together. My main issue with my weight is my dreaded love handles. that and my lack of a heiny. I told my husband that I have migraiting ass syndrom. This is where my rear has migraitred to my waist and viola look at the love handles. I was at the gym a while back and was talking with a personal trainer about my lack of rear when he (yes he was nice to look at) told me that everyone has a rear and to turn around, then he said WOW you really dont have a bum!, well this was when I was at my highest weight (78 pounds ago). I lost 40 on my own, no dieting really, just time and becoming more active.'

So, back to what I was asking, has anyone tried other things with this diet and if so, was it worth it??

I found I didn't need anything else while doing this diet. I've not been hungry at all.

Squats will help shape the hiney. :-)

I am not hungry either, yes my stomach has been heard from across the room but the thought of food sometimes makes me gag. I will try the squats again, last time ot was a disaster( I lack balance skills)

If when you're done with the hCG, you stick with a low carb, high fat diet, your shape should eventually sort itself out. your normal fat stores will return, and your waist and tummy will stay gone. It's wheat and grains that are the worse culprits in packing on abdominal fat. The only proof of that we need is a trip into any high school and look at all the teen girls, who aren't even heavy, but have protruding bellies, thanks to their "healthy whole grains - food pyramid" flawed science diets. Where did waists go?
Some good books to read on this is "Why We Get Fat" by Gary Taubes, and "Wheat Belly" by Dr William Davis.

The "Why We Get Fat" book by Taubes is AWESOME!
I'll have to get that Dr Davis book...
(I love the science behind weight loss/gain!)
