HCGdietdirect is one of the companies that got an actual Warning Letter from the FDA. http://www.fda.gov/ICECI/Enforcement.../ucm282052.htm If they are "working with the FDA", then they are working as hard as they can to keep their noses clean and stay aboveboard with any activity.

Yes they are pretty expensive but I like the fact that you can contact them anytime with questions. And the doctor that created this brand is available.

When the FDA bans the selling of homeopathic hCG supplements and sends this company a warning letter, then I would consider that a company continuing to sell the same homeopathic drops would be in non-compliance with what they were ordered. And I doubt that a person working for the company would tell you that they were going against government orders to sell them.

They have changed the way things are labeled and that is how they did it. For example the "Ultimate Weight Loss & Metabolism Formula" is now "HCG Diet Metabolizer & Energy Supplement". (Which really helps me maintain the 1-2 pounds a day loss)

They are selling a homeopathic drug, which the FDA has ordered removed from the market. Changing the labels isn't going to change what they are selling.
