What are the ingredients? As you can't have any oil on P2.

I have used most of their products and kept losing. I think their products help out a lot in the first week but after that they really started to taste bad to me. They did help me through that first week though. I still keep the chocolate syrup around just in case I want a small taste of chocolate.

We have it and have used it. I only used it a couple of times on phase 2 though because I don't like messing with the protocol. Lots of friends have used it and lost. Husband loves the honey mustard but I also have ranch and bacon ranch. Got some chocoloate syrup for next round to have with strawberries for a treat once in awhile.

The list of contents of most of their products is enough to put anyone, who is remotely interested in their health, off.

"Splenda is not natural; it is a chlorinated artificial sweetener. There have been no long-term human studies on the safety of Splenda; however, issues have been raised about Splenda in a new study from Duke University.

According to the study, Splenda “suppresses beneficial bacteria and directly affects the expression of the transporter P-gp and cytochrome P-450 isozymes that are known to interfere with the bioavailability of drugs and nutrients. Furthermore, these effects occur at Splenda doses that contain sucralose levels that are approved by the FDA for use in the food supply.”

Mmmmm Yummy!

The WF Strawberry syrup over sliced strawberries is delicious.
The salad dressing are primarily some combo of ACV, vinegar, and seasonings.
The honey dijon makes good chicken salad.
