Default Newcomer Information- Mixing "recipe" for Those Taking Sublingual Hcg
To mix up a 15 day supply of Sublingual HCG with a dose of 166 iu (the most commonly recommended dose) buy the following. Mixing instructions will follow:

1 vial of 5000 IU hcg - order online
1 mixing needle - can buy from a pharmacist for about $2.50 or so.
1 20 or 30 ml amber bottle - buy at a health food store for around $1.50.
1 bottle of colloidal silver - can buy at a health food store or online
1 bottle of NOW brand Liquid Vit. B-12 - can buy at a health food store or online
1 - 5 ml syringe or dropper...like a 6 yr old's medicine dropper. can buy at Wal-Mart
1-2 Infant syringes (1 ml size) - might be able to get free from a Wal-Mart pharmacist. I got 2 in case one wore out from using it 2 X/day

Go to youtube and do a search for hcg diet. There will be a lot of videos about people explaining the program. A good one is 'mamaclok'. She has several videos sharing her journey with us. Find the first one and review that. I don't think mamaclok shows how she mixes hers on her first video, but they are all so good and entertaining that you may benefit from watching all of them.

Some of the hcg vials come with a rubber stopper and then a colored cap over that. To access the hcg, all you do on this type of vial is flip off the colored cap. The rubber stopper will not come out...that's ok....that is why you need a mixing needle. Some vials are all glass and have no cap or stopper. Mamaclok shows how to safely use this kind.

Linda's Mixing Instructions With The HCG Vial with the Colored Cap:
Mix this the morning you are ready to start your program:
Ingredients: 1 5000 iu vial of hcg, 2 ml. colloidal silver, 13 ml Now brand of Liquid Vit. B-12

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
2. Assemble all your ingredients so they will be in easy reach.
3. Remove the colored cap from the hcg vial. It will appear to be a white tablet, but is actually a dried powder.
4. Put 1 ml of colloidal silver in the mixing needle. Insert the needle through the rubber stopper on the hcg vial and allow the c. silver to dissolve the hcg. Swirl or rock the bottle GENTLY...but do not shake!!! The protein is fragile and may be damaged if you mix too vigorously.
5. Remove the dissolved mixture from the hcg vial by using the mixing needle. Tip the bottle sideways so you get every drop. Put this in the amber bottle.
6. Add another 1 ml. of colloidal silver to the amber bottle. Swirl/rock mixture again.
7. Getting the 13 ml of Liq. Vit B-12 into the amber bottle isn't hard...but can be messy. The opening of the bottle is too small for my 5 ml syringe, so what I have found to be the easiest is to pour a few teaspoons of it at a time into a small bowl and then fill my larger syringe from there. Measure carefully so your recipe will be exact. Just don't add more or less than the 13 ml to your amber bottle.
8. Swirl, but do not shake this mixture.
9. This must be kept refrigerated. Make sure the lid to the amber bottle is on tight in case the bottle gets tipped in the fridge.
If you have children in the home, be mindful of where you keep this.
10. Wash the mixing needle and the larger syringe carefully and allow to dry thoroughly before putting away. You will need
these again in 2 weeks.

This amber bottle will now have 15 ml of prepared sublingual (SL) hcg...enough for 15 days if you have measured carefully and if you continue to measure carefully when you take your daily doses of .5 ml 2 times a day...12 or so hours apart.

I take mine first thing in the morning and then again about 12 hrs. later...depending on my schedule. If you are someone who needs some of your 500 calories in the morning, wait for about an hour after taking the hcg if you can. I take my Life Cap about 30 min after my hcg and then I do not need to eat anything for about 3 hours.

There are several recipes for mixing hcg floating around on the internet. Some say to use alcohol as part of the mixture. It has since been discovered that alcohol destroys a protein in hcg and you should not use it.
Before I knew this I used alcohol in my second batch and my weight loss slowed to a crawl and stalled for close to 2 weeks.
One may also use either b-12 or colloidal silver rather than both for your hcg. I did the b-12 on one batch and lost alot of weight but couldn't get past the bad aftertaste it left in my mouth so I will be using colloidal silver next round.
If you get a syringe with an inch and a half needle you will be able to extract all the solution much easier when mixing.
Goodluck on your hcg adventure!

I used vodka to mix mine & now I'm afraid the batch is "trash". This is my 1st time ...today my 1st day dosing & loading. I ordered HUCOG 5000 from alldaychemist & mixed with 3ml vodka & 17ml distilled water (prior to reading your recipe & I was excited that I had that stuff at home already). 2nd ?.....I have 3 vials that I'm waiting to mix until needed ..how do I store them?

mad mommy- are you using .5cc's every dose? because with 20ML of fluid that gives you 125 units per dose. most people now recommend 166 per dose (twice a day). if you fill the syringe to .65 rather than .5, that will get you very close.

store the unused vials in a kitchen cupboard.

I am doing .65......do you think the mix will be ok?...since it's my 1st day I'm not sure if I should "feel" anything. Thank you so much for your quick response!!! Should I store the powdered HCG (unopened vials) in frig/freezer or leave in the box @ room temp? Sorry for the 'panic'....I SOOOO want this to be a happy ending to my years of being overweight!!

i don't do SL so i'll defer to mikkydee as to whether or not the alcohol will mess it up. if you have more vials, i'd probably re-mix. you don't want to go to all this effort, and have it not work! you can always order more- you can get it in about 2wks from alldaychemist.

leave the vials at room temp- do not freeze them.

Another site says to use "rum, vodka, etc" & tap water. I shook my head to that one.

mad mommy, since you mixed with a small amount of alcohol it probably will not ruin your hcg immediately. If you have enough to mix another vial then use it. This diet takes much too much disciplne and sacrifice to even consider without some working hcg.
It is possible that you could get by for a week on it. your experience will be the judge. Are you strugling with hunger, is your weight loss stalling, ect..
I would seriously consider not going over a week without mixing fresh stuff since you did use alcohol.
Many sites out there are following a theory that alcohol is used in herbal and homeopathic mixtures to preserve the mixture and so it would also do well to help preserve hcg. However it is not known by these who are following this theory that just because it is used and my work fine for some things does not mean that it is best for hcg. The fact that it breaks down a protein in the hcg is unknown to many.

update....mikkydee....I mixed a new batch today using all silver instead of vodka. What a difference (unless it's all just mental). I was hungry all day long for a week & today I feel great!

Hello all. GP here. (The Grand Pubah for newcomers)
There has been quite a bit of enlightening info come out the last 6-8 months about mixing the hcg for sublingual application. While there are many recipes out there floating around on the internet one should be careful where they draw their info from. The problem with some of the diluents in many recipes are as follows:
Never use alcohol to mix with your hcg. There are recipes that use alcohol with the idea that alcohol will actually help preserve the hcg.
the reason for this thinking is that alcohol is often used in mixtures of herbs and homeopathic solutions as a preservative. The reason however that it is not good to use with hcg is because it has been found to breakdown a protein in the hcg itself.
Also colloidal silver has also been found not to be the ideal diluent for the hcg as well. for a couple of reasons. Though many have used it and had success with it, (including myself) it is supposed to not mix well with the sodium chloride (if that is used as an initial diluent). secondly it also may react with the hcg and in rare occaisions cause a reaction not desired by the user. My info is sketchy on this but the source was a medical proffessional.

Lastly, the sublingual liquid b-12 used most often, has some form of sucrose (sugar) added to it. It is extremely difficult to find a b-12 without some form of sugar in it. Even those labeled sugar free will list as an ingredient "sucrose". Sugar in any form is strictly forbidden on the protocol and could slow down losses with some people even in this minute form.

I have in my experiences used all of the above on past rounds. I now have gone exclusively to using bacteriostatic water as the diluent of choice. In fact I have even started inncluding it in the mixing kits I sell with the hcg. The cost of the bac water is about the same or cheaper than these other diluents and it is sterile and has a preservative in it as well. That is the main difference between it and sterile water. No preservative in sterile water. The thinking is that it also helps maintain the potency of the hcg longer.

If you already have the colloidal silver it is probably fine. If not get bacteriostatic water to mix with if you want the best.

Yipes!! I have some concerns about my dh's mixing. On R1P2D5 and having good results but we used a mixing recipe of 100% vodka, glycerin and bact. water. We still have 15 days of HCG drops mixed with this recipe. Should we continue to use the drops that we mixed or throw it out and start again? We are taking 2.5ml 2x per day. Husband has lost 13lbs and I have lost 5.5

Really can't afford to throw out our HCG but I don't want to have difficulties in the future, we are planning to do a 40 day round.

Hi deelite, dickdastardly alerted me to the question. Sorry I missed your post. I found my hcg mixed with alcohol to seriously lose potency after 1-2 weeks. If your losses slow down to a crawl or your hunger returns I would remix without alcohol asap. I should have mixing instructions on my website soon. (www.gphcg.com)

ok, just read this, and I'm doing my second loading day!
I used 2 ml of vodka and 18 of B12... I guess I should redo it without vodka?
Also, I had diluted the hcg with 1 ml of B12 instead of the solvent.... noticed that it took a while for the hcg to dissolve... is the hcg compromised?
When I remix, should I just use 1ml of the solvent to dilute the HCG (did not want to use colloidal silver, heard mixed things on this?), and use 19ml of the B12 to make it 20ml?
I use 5000IU so that's .5 twice a day sublingual for 20 days...
Please advice, thanks.

I have been reading in these posts that it has been found that alcohol is not a good thing to use with the hcg. Could anyone tell me the source of this new information?
Thanks

Thank you! These are the most succinct instructions for sublingual and B12 I've found! About Life Cap. Is that something you take in addition to the diet?
