Default I really need advise for the veterans here how to proceed
Hi. I feel kind of like a yo yo can't stay on track for long- but I need to stop this once and for all. I recently completely a round and had a really difficult time staying within my LWD- doing several steak days in P3 and I also think part of it is that I needed to give myself a higher weight to maintain realistically. 115 is hard for me to maintain!!! I don't know why but my will and cravings were really getting the best of me and it has gone down hill since I want to make this right and stabilize and live a normal life as a pose to being obsessed with the scale and hyper focused on what my next meal is. What I really need to find out is where to go from here to get back on track. I am 10 pounds heavier than my lwd and feel uncomfortable and want to lose it. Should I do another round with the 2 days of loading, 26 days, P3 then P4 or should I do a steak day followed by high protein days until it's off. I completed P3 in early Feb and once I got to P4- I fell off the wagon. I don't want to beat myself up because it's useless I need to accept that I have been overeating on move on. I would appreciate help from this forum it really makes a huge difference when you get support; especially since many people can be critical of this diet and therefore saying things like: youre starving yourself, just exercise.....

It's too soon to do another round then. You can only do a steak day and try to get back down that way. Read up on the leptin reset. That might help with your focus on food. Good luck!
