I have been doing well and full of energy and recently started working out. I think I might have over done it yesterday. I felt nauseated after I left the gym and food made me want to puke. I don't know what is going on. I feel afraid to eat because I got so sick feeling after eating an egg last night for dinner. I don't know, also felt sick after eating asparagus yesterday at lunch... maybe I am just getting sick, or could it be the hcg? I take vitamins (I know you don't have to but I am) I drank 4 liters of water yesterday (usually drink 3) I have been sleeping. Any suggestions?
