Has anyone experienced body flushes?
I had the weirdest thing happen last night, and I have no idea if it's from the hcg or something completely different... After I went to bed last night, I just couldn't get warm and fall asleep - so I got up figuring I'd take a hot shower to help. Well, when I got into the bathroom, I found that I was flushed all over! My face, arms, upper thighs... Even my areolas/nipples! (It was weird, I tell ya.) The hot shower did help with bringing my core temp up & I was able to get to sleep. And this morning, I'm not flushed. Any ideas of what the flushing is about? I don't know if it has anything to do with the situation above... but all day yesterday, my breasts have been really tender. They're a little tender this morning... I figure the tenderness is definitely from the hcg - I absolutely cannot be pregnant, so I know that's not it. |

That's a new one on here! LOL!
I haven't noticed anything with my breasts, but then again, when I was pregnant, I didn't really feel any symptoms until I was about 4-5 weeks pregnant and had more hCG swirling around. My friend's breasts were super-sensitive from just about the moment she conceived, so she could tell from the smallest amounts. |

Yesterday was R2, VLCD8.
It didn't really look like a rash at all... no raised area, just colorful! LOL I did my last round with hhcg sublingual, so having the real stuff going through my body is a new experience. ![]() Oh! And I did mix up a new batch last night - so maybe the flush is because it's "fresh" hcg? Hmm... |

I am always cold; it is irritating (pre-diet, too). I love to take baths to warm me up, and I consistently take them with epsom salts or bath salts or anything yummy in there. I have enjoyed reading about detox baths on here, because I have never noticed myself lose weight after any of my baths, ever. I did, however, get so hot in one the other day (about VLCD6 or so) that I got really woozy and faint; I learned then not to let my water get too hot while on this diet.
