Default should I stop hcg?
So I just got a job in Prudhoe Bay. The weather up there is extreme! Last week the average temperature with windchilll was -50. I will be working outdoors in the cold for 12 hours a day 7 days a week for 3 weeks at a time. During safety training they said that because of the cold your body will crave extra calories because its working in overdrive to keep you warm in those extreme temperatures? Thanks for your time.

Couldn't you do the 3 week protocol on your off weeks? Maybe just delay it until then? My husband worked up there & they have GREAT FOOD. Gotta watch your eating with so much good food readily available. That being said, they also have a lot of healthy choices with salads, meat, & fruits. You may just drop the weight on your own working outside so much. Good luck!

i would keep doing it, and see how it goes...
worse case, you get a full 23 day round in (which is acceptable, - just won't lose as much as in a 40) - and you move onto maintnance....
