Default Quick Question About Phase 4
I will be 5 days into phase 4 (assuming phase 3 lasts 3 weeks) before we go on a 10 day cruise. I am concerned about what to add in and when. I don't eat sweets as a genereal rule of thumb, so that's not a problem for me, but as far as starches go, how should I go about that? I am a little anxious about this!!

I'd add in wheat last, mbyler. Its' the most common allergen. I added in corn and potatoes first, oatmeal, then rice (whole grain or long grained is best) but I didn't add wheat at all since I'm gluten intolerant. I bet the weight room has a scale on board. Check it out the first day then just kind of keep track. I bet you'll do fine!

Without a Trace is first in the Rock Harbor series.
Distant Echoes is first on the Aloha Reef series (it is a free download on my website, password is echoes467)
Lonestar Sanctuary is first in Lonestar Series

Other standalones too. I think I'm going to make my deadline on Monday in spite of the distractions of our forum. LOL

I liked Without a trace a lot. I got cry in the night next and realized that is was a series so now I am waiting to ready cry till I get the 2nd in your series. Your website helped me figure what series and books went together. I ready Anathema first then without a trace that's why I didn't know there was a series.

I am going to your website with password right now
Thanks
Emily

I downloaded the book and I am in love with it... I did it at work so that I could read on my spare time which is alot for next 3 days and I want to read it at home now too... I dont want to wait till I get back to work, but If I read it at home then I wont have anything to do while the bosses are all gone this week to a conference.I love the idea of online books, wished we could read them online all the time... and Colleen I have to say I am a slow reader and usually takes me weeks to finish a book, but this book is awesome and I cant wait to finish it and start another one... I hope all your books keep me interested like this one has... absolutely fabulous job writing.. please keep it up. And thanks for the online book it is great to be able to read at work and nobody can tell cause I dont have a book in my hand.. hehehe

No kidding! I'm just glad my friends are liking my books. It's not marketing to me, just talking to my buds. :-)

Hey Colleen, my books arrived today -- just in time for my vacation! Flight to Prescott AZ then looooong drive to Breckenridge (and back) so I ordered your Rock Harbor series. And, yes, I'm the car passenger just so you don't think I'm going to try to read and drive ))))

I'm going to TRY not to touch the books until I get on the plane )) Incidently, we are flying into Phoenix also then renting a car to get to Prescott. Too bad I'll be 6 days before you and not the same day -- it would have been *super cool* to meet up with you in the airport and have you autograph my book!!!
