Default Why does HCG make you sleep?
Hi folks! So, I've got a question that is very near and dear to my heart, and that is, do you know exactly WHY HCG causes people to sleep better? I mean, does it increase something or regulate something else? Like, I know that HCG itself is not a sex hormone, but does it increase estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone? Does it help to regulate blood sugar levels? I ask because I am an inveterate insomniac and this last month on HCG has been a dream *literally* because I have been sleeping sooo well. Thing is I am terrified to go off of it because every time I do my skip day I don't sleep. Doesn't make sense, I know, 'cause there is still HCG in my system - although not as much, of course - but thats what happens. So I'm wondering if anyone knows if HCG does anything that enhances sleep that I could could do after I stop taking it (i.e. take hormones or something). Of course I will do my own research, but if anyone has any ideas or could point me in the direction of any web sites or information I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!
