Default Muscle Spasm That Won't Stop!
I really hope someone can help because I'm going crazy!! I have a twitching muscle right above my knee that won't stop! Its been twitching for about 3 days now. I take a calcium, mag citrate and potassium (99 mg) supplement, been drinking smartwater and even my vitamin has a little potassium in it. What else should I be taking? I've tried a hot bath and massaging it yet it keeps going...any help would be great!!! Also I switched injections from stomach to thigh for TOM reasons and it has helped but I'm wondering if this could be it. I also had slower losses this week..has anyone experienced this..did the switch cause the stall???

How much magnesium are you taking. You may want to increase your magnesium. Twitching can often be caused by low magnesium levels.

The 'daily allowance' is usually very low to what are bodies actually need.

It wouldnt hurt to up the mag and potasium a bit and see if it helps.

Jenni, I inject in my thigh. I tried in my stomach for a few days and I felt a bit of hunger. I don't know why.

The muscle spasms are interesting because I take the drops and was getting them in my calves in the middle of the night. Not relly a spasm more like the worst leg cramp you could ever imagine! I did start taking potassium gluconate and they have disappeared. Thank heaven because they were nasty!

I just started for the first time this morning!
I am doing the load day.
I was sitting at work and mid afternoon I really thought mt cell phone was vibrating in my pocket! It has happened about 6 times, not painful just freaky.
Anyone else have this? It's never happened before!
