I am starting R2 soon but my husband and I will also be starting a new workout so I am thinking I should do the 800 calorie protocol but can not find much info on it. I know you can eat breakfast so that adds another protein and veggie but is there an expanded approved foods list?
The last round I did Jay Robb shakes with no problem so I will stick with those for breakfast or eggs and melba. Do you still do 2 fruits and 2 melba's per day? Thanks for any info you can give! ![]() |
