Hi, I have been on vlcd now for 9 days and doing wonderful, down 15lbs , but i have a problem, i have not had a solid bowel movement since loading days, i have had diareah ever since i started vlcd, is this commen? i guess i should be glad im not backed up like some people i read about, but wow, i have never had diareah so much...lol i dont even dare to pass gas thats how bad it is, so sorry for the tmi but i didnt know where to ask this question at.

I would think it could be coincidental possibly a virus or it could be a form of detox. The hcg is very detoxing to the body. Also are you taking any supplements?
