What hcg are you on? Are you sure it's got hcg in it? Do you have hunger?

Hi grammy...I only have the Walmart brand drops, and no I am not starving on them, at times I am hungry, but it usually passes.
This is what the bottle reads....

NiGen BioTech HCG Solution 100% Hormone-Free Dietary Supplement, 1 oz•Contains the full spectrum of human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) amino acid isolates derived from certified grade raw materials
•Diet supplement processed according to Good Manufacturing Practices
•NiGen HCG Solution Dietary Supplements are hormone-free

This is the first time I felt like this since I started...the first week I chalked it up to a change in the diet and body, toxins etc.

Oh dear, i was afraid of that. Those drops are bogus. We often see this at this part of the round when using fake drops. It's like the body suddenly realizes it's starving. I would stop immediately.

Oh no I would also stop using them. It makes me so angry they use an hcg label for those. How dangerous.

Grammy...ty so much for your speedy replies...could I possible continue to take them and up my calories slightly. I can have my new drops with the real stuff in mid December. I don't want to jepordize the losses that I already accomplised. I want to do the P2 for at least 20 days before my holiday. I can go into P3 for the my cruise! I am determined to succeed at this! Any advice you can give me on this will be followed thru with. Thank you

I would just go to P3 and try to maintain but the problem is that the weight you've lost so far is going to be very easy to regain because it's the wrong kind of loss. I'm so sorry to tell you the bad news that you have fake drops. You're basically on a starvation diet with no help from hcg. It's not releasing fat from your body to burn and you're likely losing muscle as well. So I would not continue the drops or the diet. The drops are useless anyway and doing nothing for you. You could up your calories to about 1000 with mostly protein and try to maintain and maybe a lose a little more until real drops arrive though. But I would not continue on the way you are. You're messing up your metabolism even more. I hate this for you. I know it's a disappointment. I'd like to sue every one of those manufacturers making those fake drops! It's so aggravating!

It also sounds also like you might be deficient in potassium and other trace minerals such as magnesium and are not supplementing b12. Do not under estimate the need for them even though we eat fruit. The fact we avoid just about all whole grains in p2/p3 (other than the little meba toast which is basically nothing) means our diet is seriously lacking a few vital things and we need to be sure to supplement, what vitamins are you taking? Look at the potassium, it should be at least 99 mg or more a day unless you have a potassium restriction due to medication.

Also a low carb diet will help you maintain until you get the good stuff. If you go to p3 and just low carb it wisely until you are able to order the real hcg I bet you would not gain much. Just stick to lean meat and fish, above ground grown veggies, less than 300 calories healthy fat (olive, coconut, nuts, avocado, fish), and maybe a piece of fruit (keep carbs at 50-75 grams or less if you can) and no grains or sugar. I do not gain when I eat like that as long as I don't over do the fat or the fruit.

I used a less than optimal type of homeopathic hcg drop in the round I did and still was able to lose 18 lbs and then stabilized but I was serious about my low carb phase and now in p4 I watch my portions and calories like a hawk and I go back to low carb when I think I am losing control.

I am waiting for my vials to arrive from all day chemist, can't wait to see what Rx feels like, even with the homeopathic drops I was amazed at how obsessive compulsion basically tempered. I still wanted all the bad stuff but I was able to walk away from it. I hope the Rx works as well.

When your real Rxhcg comes in then just start over including your load so that you recharge your hypothalamus and don't feel deprived going back into p2. Don't get stressed, just adjust and be patient for the new stuff, don't toss in the towel, you made progress. Just consider it a practice run

I agree with Kelviras and everyone esle on here. Perhaps you can go into P3. If your carbs are between 50-75 like Kelviras said, you should not gain and might even lose. I lost weight in P4 before my vacation by never letting my carbs go over 150g and more losses at 50-100g. perhaps whilst in P3 you can try to exercise to maintain and then start over with the real drops. I would reccomend Rx inj if you are not afraid of needles. That way you are SURE you are on the REAL hcg. I don't trust anything but RX HCG
