Default Vomiting on First Diet Day
I woke up this morning feeling sick to my stomach and I took my drops. Within an hour I was throwing up, still not having eaten or drank anything. I have been vomiting all day and am wondering if this is normal in some people? I did my 2 binge days and I thought I did well on them, but could that have anything to do with it? Around 3:00 I took my second dose of drops and I wonder if I should take the third dose or not? Any help would be appreciated.

I am wondering if you have the flu or could you have eaten some 'bad food' yesterday? I have read of a few cases where people reported throwing up on their first day of hcg, but they seem to be very rare. Hope tomorrow is a better day. I would go ahead and take that third dose if it feels ok to you to do so. The hhcg is much more mild than the Rx hcg.

Since you woke up feeling sick to your stomach, I don't think it's the hcg causing you to feel this way.

I got sick on the around the three or fourth day and didn't throw up but sure felt lousy the entire day. What I have found to help is drinking sparkling mineral water with 8-9 drops of flavored Stevia, I used the Root Beer flavor and it settled my stomach. I drink it a couple of times a day because I miss my diet soda's. Hope this helps you.

I got sick to my stomach a couple of days. One day I felt so sick and i just ate when I could but then was fine the next day. I was also sick to my stomach on loading days with HCG.

It could be withdrawl from sugar or chemicals, as your body detox's. Are you feeling better now? I did read that a gall bladder can act up if you have gallstones or a have gallbladder problems. I'm only starting week 2 of Phase 2 but other than tired and irritiable lol I'm doing better once I used that flavored Stevia and mineral water.

i've read a lot of posts of people who have been nauseous, so it's not all that rare. i was extremely nauseous, although part of that was due to some supplements- i was nauseous throughout my entire first round (throwing up, too)

My friend is doing the sublingual and she got sick and threw up the first few days. I have heard of no one throwing up while doing injections. I think it is the mixtur of hcg and colidial silver and b12 that your body is trying to get used to the first few days while swallowing.

Well today was my first vlcd and I just ate an apple for breakfast about an hour after taking my hhcg, and I threw up almost immediately after eating it. However, this morning, without thinking and purely out of habit I also took my zinc and b-50 vitamins, and I think that might have been the culprit. I will stop taking them and see how my days progress. I hope that's all it was.

My daughter ended up throwing up the next morning so I think it was the stomach flu. That's what I hope anyways!

be very careful with any vitamins/supplements to have those on a full stomach. it turned out that the culprit for me was 5-htp and my pain meds. never a problem before, but my stomach was probably never that empty before, either! another thing to do is if you have any meds you have to take before bed, save your grissini and eat it a few minutes before your meds. that worked well for me.

This is day 1 of Phase 2 and I have been throwing up.. The nausea is really bad and all I can do is lie in bed right now.. I read that if you are vomiting and nausea you should stop and consult your doctor.. So confused as to what to do.. Do I push forward and try another day or stop.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
